Wheal Buller Riding School
For local regular riders the Young Riders Club meets every Saturday this is fun practical and educational. Events for Winter and Spring include Half Term Camp, during school holidays, come and stay with us and own and take care of your own pony for 3 days take part in a lessons, hacks, day ride and horseshow and gymkhana, lots of rosettes to win. Saturday after noons include practice school movements, Tack & Turn out, Gymkhana games, rosettes for all, have a go at bare back riding, learn about your riding position on the flat and jumping and lots, lots more fun things to do.

3rd July Learn Cross Country Riding.
10th July Have a Go at Cross Country. Suuitable for all.
17th July Boots and banadges, what are they for and how do you put them on.
24th July. Have a go at Western Riding
31st July Learn about tack and how to fit it. Rosettes for the winners of the quiz.
7th August Safe riding on the roads.
14th August Bath your horse.
21st August Practice school movements.
28th August Plaiting mains and tails. Rosettes for the best attempts.
4th September Bare back riding and legging up your friend.
11th September Name all the native breeds and learn about their history.
18th September Good weather. We will be practicing opening and shutting gates on horseback.
25th September Learn how to clean tack.
